I buy these all the time. I get them home marinate and vacuum seal these and they keep a long time. The marinade always really ads a really great flavor. This is number one item I eat. Excellent flavor!

The pieces i git were loaded with bones which i had to painstakingly remove with a pair of tweezers, still couldnt get them all out though. Then when i panfried it, it came out way too greasy, my stomach hurts i should have gotten their Whiting that fish came out good despite the similar deboning process i had to do. I guess sockeye is just a greasy fish.

Not Fresh. Smelled awful. After rinsing, I had to soak it in white wine to minimize the odor. I cooked it outside on the grill to avoid stinking up the house. Heavy seasoning and overcooking helped a lot. I wouldn’t say the salmon was tasty, but we managed to eat it. Okay texture and only a few bones.
