The candy itself is great! Kit Kats have always ben one of my favorites. As far as the condition when it arrived, not so great. When I saw it would be shipped with ice packs, I didn’t think there would be a problem, I was wrong. It was shipped UPS second day, it had two big ice packs in the package, these were not only COMPLETELY melted, they were warm to the touch and all of the mini bars were COMPLETELY melted in the little wrappers. You might think, “oh just put it in the refrigerator”, which I did, but the chocolate had settled into the pleats and corners in the wrappers and once it hardened again and you try to open one, little pieces of chocolate fall out all over the floor or wherever, so you have to open them over a plate or the sink. What a pain. I don’t really know how to solve this, maybe just not sell chocolate in the heat of Summer or ship it overnight.

KitKat has become hard to find where I live so I was glad to find them here, and at a good price.

Expiration will be within the year (8 month) as opposed to store bought (2-3yr) otherwise they are as expected and not bad but you should know what you’re buying.

Arrived very late and most were in a melted condition. The great majority of this variety package turned out to be milk chocolate Kit Kats with very few of the white and dark chocolates being included.
