it works quickly to get off all the glitter + waterproof eyeliner off my face! i use a reuseable cotton pad to take off my makeup and it works well with them! i would still recommend a quick wash/rinse after this as it does leave my face with a slight oily layer but this a god in the form of a makeup remover!

I use micellar water to take off dirt and dead skin cells from my skin, not to take off makeup so I wouldn’t be able to tell you how well it works for makeup removal. However I was surprised to find out that this one is Oily unlike the other micellar waters from this brand. I also noticed that after having this oil on your face for a while it’ll sink in and become matte, the skin will also become soft in that area.

I really like this micellar water from Garnier. I use it on my most sensitive area of my face which is my eyes to remove the makeup before giving my whole face a good washing. It doesn’t irritate or leave my eye area feeling dry or stiff. No oil, alcohol or fragrance is phenomenal.

Bought this so I could remove waterproof mascara more easily. I like the Garnier products because they don’t irritate my eyes. While this does a better job at removing mascara than the regular micellar water, it still takes more effort than I’d like. Overall it’s a good product and I would buy it again.

Purchased this for the first time and it’s working great. Was previously using an oily one from Macys and it would cloud my contacts if I used it just before putting my contacts in. This one does not. It does not feel oily after cleaning the makeup off my eyes at all. I wear thick black waterproof makeup. Only comes off when sleeping, in a pool, or when crying. This remover does a great job with taking it off. I have acne prone skin and I have not noticed any acne breakouts from it either.

THIS DOES A REALLY GOOD JOB OF TAKING OFF HARD TO REMOVE MAKEUP. IT ALSO HAS A NICE SMELL.

This makes my skin feel soft and supple. Does a great job removing even stubborn waterproof mascara and cleaning the rest of my face. I have very sensitive skin on my face and have to be careful with what I use. I’ve been using this for many months now, and it is very gentle on my skin and does not give me any problems.
