All 3 bags came in poor condition. All the kit kats were both melted and crushed. The only good thing about them was the flavor. Will not be ordering these from here again.

I really liked the less sweet nature of this product, the match comes through better. But with all the heat out there I guess I should have guessed that at some point they would have gotten too hot and melted a bit in the packages. They were not runny when they got here but clearly had partially melted in transit. Still tasted great!

These are my favorite! Great deal on them (3 bags for $12) as I usually see them for 7-9 bucks a bag. Maybe donāt order them in the summer though. They arenāt shipped in a way that keeps them cool and they will melt inside the wrappers. Still yummy but trickier/messier to enjoy.

Made the rookie mistake of ordering this in August and all 3 bags were melted and greasy feeling. Ill try again when its cold.

I love these and was happy to find them in the US. However, they were melted when I received them, as another customer stated. I am in San Francisco- so not a heat issue here. š

Arrived early, but melted. Should’ve known as hot as it’s been.. Threw them in the fridge to cool and they were messy to eat, but oh so yum.
