I like to make Japanese teriyaki salmon. This was perfect for the process.
I am picky with meats and usually only buy from Costco because they don’t freeze most of their meats before you get them. It gives things a fresher taste and feel.
The meat was fresh. Freshest fish I have had, perhaps, unless I caught it.
Make sure to descale before you portion. I forgot to and had all four pieces to descale.
